The firm also engages in copyright and design consultancy and filing services, ranging from the assessment of design drafts for protectability to the litigation of design infringements, where necessary.

We handle, in particular:

• pro­tec­tion of new designs in Ger­many and world­wide
• consultancy and rep­re­sen­ta­tion in the exploi­ta­tion of designs, cop­y­right and know-how (licens­ing) on a national as well as inter­na­tional level
• defend­ing designs and cop­y­right against infringe­ment
